It is the policy of our firm that its operations will be carried out with full cognisance of the statutory requirements relating to the health and safety at work of its employees and of any members of the public, including visitors, affected by its operations.

In pursuance of the requirements of the Health & Safety at Work Act, the Directors have set out their intentions, organisation and arrangements for ensuring the highest standard of health and safety in the company's detailed Health & Safety Policy document which is further reinforced through its implementation within our procedures.

The Company believes that the consideration of safety precautions and risk assessment is as important an aspect of management control as any other duty. To this end the members of management and supervisory staff are trained and directed to carry out their duties in the full knowledge that safety considerations are necessary to prevent injury or ill health to employees and members of the public and that these safety considerations are also embodied in legislation.

Topek employs the services Thomas McCrory, our in-house employed Health and Safety Manager. Tom with his extensive qualifications and experience ensures that our organisation is leading the way within our market place for Health and Safety Excellence.
