Topek embarked on a major change process to develop an experienced technical team throughout the business, including our in-house qualified Structural Engineer, ensuring that our finished product is in complete compliance with the Client's requirements.
Approved to install Sarnavfil, Flag Soprema, Spectraroof, Fatrafol and Bauder single ply membranes, to install hot-melt roofing systems of Permanite (PermaTEC), Alumasc (Hydrotech) & Radmat (Permaquik), cold applied roofing sytems of Liquid Plastics and Kemper, we can be compliant with the majority of market specifications or provide and alternative solution to meet all roof build-ups.

- IKEA Southampton - 23,000m² of Flag Soprema
Topek are approved contractor's for the installation of Solar Photovaltaics, working on major projects for large supermarket chains, hospitals and IKEA stores, enabling the Client to maintain the roof guarantee provided by Topek for the initial roof installation.
