This project was one of many successful projects undertaken with Bovis Lend Lease. Fortunately the end client in this instance was the University of the West of Scotland, another of our key clients.
Our main scope was the flat roof areas, which we assited in changing in specification from single ply to hot melt as the specified inverted roof system combined with the level of plant and maintenance required we felt a hot melt system offered the most robust and commercially viable solution.
In addition to the main scope identified above we also completed a single ply roof and tradigtional copper wall cladding to the lecture theatre, composite wall cladding and stading seam roof to the Energy Centre, perimeter plant screening louvres and roofing and cladding to various shapes and sizes of heavy plant risers.
This project is typical of what Topek offers clients, with the successful implementation of these varied work packages using our experience and developed skills together with the valued support and assistance of the Bovis Lend Lease site team.
