The change process of Topek is designed and structured to transfer the knowledge, experience & training of the new build demands to the refurbishment market, ensuring that Client's are provided with repairs or re-construction of the work that are in compliance with and achieve the benefits of the current or ever changing design legislation.
Our in-house qualified structural design engineer ensures that any remedial or re-construction works do not comprimise the basic structure or the building and is challenged to the opportunity to enhance the basic principles of the building i.e. U-value & Acoustic ratings.
Topek employs an in-house Health & Safety Officer, which ensures that all re-construction works are carried out with the safety and security of the Client as well as the Health & Safety of Topek operatives.
